>> Dear Members, It is noted that we are getting complaints from members making payments twice/thrice for renewals who are renewing their registrations thru online mode. "IT IS REQUESTED THAT MEMBERS AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENTS ONE TIME NEEDS TO WAIT FOR FEW HOURS FOR THE SYSTEM TO GET UPDATED AND GENERATE A VALID RECEIPT AND A RENEWAL CERTIFICATE." - REGISTRAR.

>> To the attention of the Students who are sending emails to: Registrar@karnatakastatedentalcouncil.com regarding postponement or such other matters relating to conduct of examinations: It is hereby made clear and to be kindly noted that Karnataka State Dental Council – KSDC is not the competent authority for Conduct of examinations or dealing with such related matters. You are hereby requested to write to the respective college authorities or RGUHS respectively as the case may be to receive prompt responses. It is once again requested to the students that they should NOT to write to the council regarding examinations.

Guidelines for lodging complaints
1. No Action will be taken on anonymous and pseudonymous complaint and the same are liable to be filed, therefore, kindly mention your proper name and address.
 
2. Complaints must be brief and contacin factful details, verifiable facts and related matter. They should not be vague or contain absurd allegations and sweeping statement.
 
3. In case, it is found that the complaint was false and harassment has been caused, action may be taken against the complainant.
